Dear User, this Privacy Policy applies to the products of Yanyan Risheng (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the “Canliang Bazi” application (hereinafter referred to as “Canliang” or the “Platform”). We fully understand the importance of personal information to you and will make every effort to protect the security and reliability of your personal information. We are committed to maintaining your trust in us and to protecting your personal information in accordance with the following principles: clear allocation of responsibilities and rights, clear purpose, choice and consent, security assurance, participation of the data subject, and openness and transparency. We further undertake that we will adopt corresponding security protection measures in line with mature industry security standards to protect your personal information. Accordingly, we have formulated this Privacy Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as this “Policy”) to clarify matters relating to our collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of your personal information during your use of our products and services.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We will collect and use, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity and for the purposes described in this Policy, the personal information that you actively provide during your use of Canliang products and services or that is generated as a result of your use of Canliang products and services.

(I) What Is Personal Information

Personal information refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify a specific natural person, either independently or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. The personal information covered by this Policy includes basic information of natural persons (including name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone number, and email address), personal transaction and sales record information, personal online activity records (browsing records, software use records, and published information), frequently used device information, and personal location information (approximate geographic location). The personal information we collect shall be subject to the information actually collected.

We provide Bazi charting services based on basic information entered by you, such as your name, gender, and date of birth. This means that we need to collect such necessary information in order to provide you with the charting services.

Please note in particular that you understand and agree that Canliang seeks to provide you with better products and services and will therefore continuously improve its products. As a result, we may from time to time launch new or optimized business functions, which may require the collection of new personal information or changes to the purposes or methods of using personal information. In such cases, we will separately inform you of the purpose, content, method of use, and scope of such information collection by updating this Policy, providing page prompts, pop-up notices, website announcements, or other similar means, and we will collect such information after obtaining your express consent. By using this software, you are deemed to have agreed to all privacy policies applicable to this software.

(II) In General, We Collect and Use Your Personal Information in the Following Scenarios

Account Registration and Login

(1) During account registration, we will collect your nickname, gender, time of birth, place of birth, and mobile phone number. If you create, bind, or log in to a Canliang account through a third-party account (such as WeChat, QQ, Weibo, or email), we will obtain from the third party the third-party account information that you have authorized to be shared (such as avatar and nickname), and use such third-party account information as your Canliang account information.

(2) When you register a Canliang account, if your mobile phone number is collected for the purpose of satisfying the requirements of Article 24 of the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, Article 9 of the Provisions on the Protection of Personal Information of Telecommunications and Internet Users, and other applicable laws and regulations, please carefully consider before providing such information. If you do not provide such information, you may be unable to successfully register a Canliang account or your use of the services may be restricted.

(4) When you register a Canliang account, we collect your date of birth, name, and gender in order to provide product services to you. If you do not provide the relevant information, we will use default information for you so that the software can function normally.

App Type

"Canliang Bazi" is a tool-based natal chart analysis application, primarily providing users with charting and natal chart inquiry services based on the Bazi theory of the I Ching.

(1) Basic Business Functions

Bazi charting: automatically generates a Bazi natal chart according to the year, month, day, hour, minute, and location of birth entered by the user;

Natal chart browsing: displays charting results and supports viewing of information such as palaces, heavenly stems, and earthly branches;

Auxiliary tools: provides basic functions such as time format conversion and time zone calibration.

(2) Necessary Personal Information Specifications

To ensure the normal operation of the foregoing basic functions, this software collects and uses necessary information only in the following scenarios:

Installation and operation status: device model, operating system version, and application version number, used for compatibility testing and error diagnosis;

Information required for charting: time of birth (year/month/day/hour/minute) and place of birth (time zone information). Such information is used solely to accurately generate a Bazi chart and will not be used for other purposes;

Basic service information: network status, device language, time zone, and similar information, used to optimize interface display and time zone calibration.

Under the basic business functions, we use the above information only to implement the core functions of this software, and will not associate it with your identity information or use it for any other purpose.

(3) Description of Authorization Scope

Your "consent" to this Privacy Policy only represents your detailed authorization for the personal information necessary to implement the above basic functions, and the scope of authorization is strictly limited to supporting the above business functions. Without your separate authorization, this software will not further collect, use, or share any personal information beyond the needs of the basic functions.

Device Information and Log Information

To ensure the normal operation of the basic functions and services of the product, we collect necessary information only in the following scenarios and have strictly limited the purposes and scope of use:

(1) Basic Device Information

Purpose: to ensure normal application operation and version compatibility verification.

Information collected: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI/Android ID/IDFV/UUID), network type, IP address, and software version number.

(2) Service Logs and Behavioral Data

Purpose: to locate faults, optimize user experience, and improve recommendation and search efficiency.

Information collected: operation logs and service logs (search, recommendation, clicks, fault alerts, etc.).

Statement: Logs alone cannot identify an individual. If logs are associated with personal identity, they may be used only after your express authorization and after anonymization or de-identification.

(3) Security and Anti-Fraud Information

Purpose: to prevent malicious programs and protect account and service security.

Information collected: list of installed applications, running process information, and device security identifiers (OAID/MEID/IMSI/GUID).

(4) Storage Permission (Write to Mobile Storage Only)

Purpose: to allow the App to provide the function of writing to external storage.

Statement: Pictures/video content within the App may be stored in the storage space of your device, including downloaded and saved pictures/videos within the App.

(5) Additional Statement

We will not compel you to consent to the processing of personal information unrelated to the foregoing scenarios on the grounds of "product research and development," "algorithmic recommendation," or "risk control."

Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or separately authorized by you, all collection is limited to the purposes expressly stated in this Policy.

You may withdraw authorized permissions at any time through settings and withdraw your consent to the use of non-essential information.

Search Function

When you use the search function of the product, we need to collect certain information from you: log information, searched words or terms, your browsing records and times, your nickname, avatar, and gender. We collect such information in order to quickly match the information you need, provide you with the content services you need, and improve our products and services.

Device Permissions We Obtain

In order to provide you with convenient and high-quality services, we may invoke certain permissions on your device. When you use the relevant functions, you will see a pop-up prompt asking whether you authorize the permission. You may choose to disable some or all permissions in the client or device settings. The methods for enabling and disabling the above permissions may differ among devices. Please refer to the instructions or guidance of the device and system developers for details.

(1) Read mobile phone storage: allows the App to read data in the mobile phone storage space. This is used for uploading and sending pictures/videos, including sending pictures/videos when submitting feedback.

(2) Write to mobile phone storage: allows the App to write to external storage. This is used to store picture/video content within the App in the storage space of your device, including downloading and saving pictures/videos within the App.

(3) Camera: allows the App to use the camera to take pictures/videos. This is used to take picture/audio/video evidence when submitting feedback, and in other scenarios where camera permission may be requested (including third-party H5 pages and mini programs, where applicable).

(4) Receive boot broadcast notification: receives boot broadcast notifications to update data. This is used to automatically restore widget data update logic after device startup. Scenario: after device restart, the widget scheduled update service is automatically restarted.

(5) Use network: allows the application to use the network. This is used to access API interfaces. Scenarios include login functions and use of API interfaces.

(6) Obtain network status, obtain Wi-Fi status, and modify Wi-Fi connection status: obtains network status to determine whether the mobile phone has a network connection or whether the network status has changed, which affects API interface invocation. Scenario: whether network requests can be accessed normally when using login functions or API interfaces.

Decision Notes Function

Decision Notes are text notes entered by you during chart reading. When you use the options under Decision Notes, we collect the option information stored by you for your own selection, so as to ensure that you can use this function normally.

Customer Service and After-Sales Service Functions

When you contact our customer service or submit comments, feedback, or after-sales requests, for the security of your account and the system, we may need you to provide relevant personal information that matches the personal information you previously provided in order to verify your identity. After successful verification, we may collect information about your communications with us (account information, order information, and pictures or text information provided by you to prove relevant facts). We will retain such communication records so that we can resolve your issues as soon as possible and improve our products and services.

Security Assurance Function

To ensure service security and help us better understand the operation of the Canliang application, we may collect relevant information, including your frequency of use of the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and application source. We may use your personal information to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, security threats, illegality, or violations of agreements, policies, or rules with us or our affiliates, such as abnormal account activity, multi-device login, and abnormal traffic, thereby protecting the lawful rights and interests of you, other users, us, or our affiliates.

Payment Function

You may purchase membership product services on Canliang. During your use of this function, payment may be required. During the payment process, we may collect your third-party payment account information (Apple account, Alipay account, or WeChat account) to ensure a complete purchase experience.

Description of Auto-Start or Associated Start

(1) Push notifications: To ensure that this application can normally receive broadcast information pushed by the client when it is closed or running in the background, this application must use auto-start capability. The system may awaken this application with a certain frequency through system broadcasts, resulting in auto-start or associated start behavior, which is necessary for the implementation of functions and services. When you open a content push notification, after obtaining your express consent, the relevant content will be opened by redirection. Without your consent, no associated start will occur.

(2) Downloads: When you download files within this App (for example, prompts for in-app version updates), HTTP connections will be processed according to download status, and status changes in the connection as well as system restarts will be monitored to ensure the successful completion of each download task. This is especially necessary when a user switches to a different application and the download needs to continue in the background (which may involve background process auto-start), and when the APK file is obtained for installation after the download task is successfully completed.

(3) Widgets: This Application supports desktop widgets. The widget function requires listening for and receiving system broadcasts. Such broadcasts are system broadcasts used to refresh desktop widgets, and whether to refresh is determined by the system. If you use the desktop widget function of this Application, this Application must use auto-start capability to wake up the widget-related services of this Application by receiving system broadcasts (for updating widget data).

List of Personal Information Collected

We collect only the personal information necessary to ensure the normal operation of the services, including basic device information and usage logs. You may view the list of personal information at any time to understand the specific purposes and retention periods for each type of information.

Please note that, in the following circumstances, your consent is not required for the collection and use of your personal information:

(1) Where it is related to national security, national defense security, or national interests;

(2) Where it is directly related to public security, public interests, public health, or major public interests;

(3) Where it is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;

(4) Where it is for the purpose of protecting the life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests of you or another individual and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent;

(5) Where the personal information involved has been disclosed to the public by the personal information subject on his or her own initiative;

(6) Where it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract at your request;

(7) Where your personal information is collected from lawfully publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports and government information disclosure channels;

(8) Where it is necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling faults in the products or services;

(9) Other circumstances provided by laws and regulations.

II. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

(I) Storage of Personal Information

In accordance with laws and regulations, we store within the territory of the People's Republic of China the personal information collected and generated during domestic operations. At present, we will not transfer the above information overseas. If cross-border transfer of personal information occurs in the future, we will strictly comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and obtain your express authorization, except where you voluntarily publish content across borders through the Internet.

In general, we retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of this Policy. The criteria we use to determine the retention period include:

(1) Completing the service purposes related to you, maintaining corresponding service and business records, and responding to possible inquiries or complaints from you;

(2) Ensuring the security and quality of services provided to you by Canliang;

(3) Whether you have consented to a longer retention period;

(4) Whether there are other agreements regarding the retention period.

After your personal information exceeds the retention period, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with legal requirements.

Under the following circumstances, we may change the storage period of personal information due to legal compliance requirements:

(1) To comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, or regulatory documents;

(2) To comply with decisions of administrative authorities or similar authorized organizations, judgments or rulings of judicial authorities, awards of arbitration authorities, or other legal procedures;

(3) Where we have reason to believe that compliance with relevant laws and regulations is required;

(4) Where it is reasonably necessary to perform relevant service agreements or this Policy, safeguard public interests, or protect the personal and property safety or other lawful rights and interests of our users, us or our affiliates, other users, employees, or third parties;

(5) If Canliang ceases operations, we will notify you by push notification, website announcement, or in-app announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period.

(II) Protection of Personal Information

We endeavor to adopt various physical, electronic, and administrative security measures that comply with industry standards and are reasonably feasible to protect the security of your personal information and prevent the personal information you provide from being improperly used or accessed, publicly disclosed, used, modified, damaged, lost, or leaked without authorization.

We will use encryption technologies, anonymization, and other relevant reasonable and feasible means to protect your personal information, and will use security protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on your personal information.

We adopt strict data use and access systems to ensure that only authorized personnel can access your personal information, and we conduct security audits of data and technologies as appropriate.

Although we have adopted the above reasonable and effective measures and have complied with the standards required by relevant laws, please understand that, due to technical limitations and possible malicious methods, in the Internet industry, even when we make every effort to strengthen security measures, it is impossible to guarantee the absolute security of information at all times. We will use our best efforts to ensure the security of the personal information you provide to us.

You acknowledge and understand that problems may arise when you access our product systems and communication networks due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take active measures to protect the security of your personal information.

In the event of a user information security incident, we will immediately activate an emergency response plan and make efforts to prevent the impact and consequences of such security incident from expanding. Once a personal information security incident occurs, we will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic circumstances and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, recommendations that you may independently adopt to prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures available to you. We will promptly notify you of the relevant circumstances by email, letter, telephone, push notification, or other means. Where it is difficult to notify personal information subjects individually, we will issue an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner.

III. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

(I) Sharing

In general, we will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

Sharing with express consent: After obtaining your express consent, the Platform will share your personal information with other parties.

Sharing under statutory circumstances: Canliang may share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, as required for litigation dispute resolution, or as lawfully requested by administrative or judicial authorities.

(II) Transfer

The Platform will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

Transfer with express consent: After obtaining your express consent, the Platform will transfer your personal information to other parties.

In the event of merger, acquisition, bankruptcy liquidation, or other situations involving merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation of the Canliang service provider, if the transfer of personal information is involved, the Platform will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy; otherwise, the Platform will require such company, organization, or individual to seek your authorized consent again.

(III) Public Disclosure

The Platform will publicly disclose your personal information only in the following circumstances:

After obtaining your express consent or based on your active choice, the Platform may publicly disclose your personal information.

If the Platform determines that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated relevant Canliang agreements or rules, or in order to protect the personal and property safety of Canliang and its affiliates' users or the public from harm, the Platform may, in accordance with laws and regulations or relevant Canliang agreements and rules and with your consent, disclose personal information about you, including relevant violations and measures that Canliang has taken against you.

(IV) Exceptions to Prior Authorized Consent When Sharing, Transferring, or Publicly Disclosing Personal Information

In the following circumstances, sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of your personal information does not require your prior authorized consent:

Where it is related to national security or national defense security;

Where it is related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

Where it is related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;

Where it is for the purpose of protecting the life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests of you or another individual and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent;

Where the personal information has been disclosed to the public by you;

Where personal information is collected from lawfully publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports and government information disclosure channels;

Under the law, sharing or transferring de-identified personal information, while ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the personal information subject, does not constitute external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. The retention and processing of such data will not require separate notice to you or your consent.

IV. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

When you use our products, we may use Cookies and similar technologies to collect your personal information, including your login information. Such information is collected by Cookies and similar technologies because it is necessary for your use of our products, simplifies repeated operational steps (such as registration and login), facilitates your viewing of usage history, provides you with service content more suited to your personal needs, protects your information and account security, and improves our products and services.

If you refuse to allow us to use Cookies and/or similar technologies to collect and use relevant device information, you may delete Cookies and/or similar technologies stored on your computer, mobile device, or other equipment, thereby preventing us from tracking all or part of your personal information. You understand and acknowledge that our products can only be implemented through the use of Cookies or similar technologies. If you refuse to use or delete them, you may be unable to use our relevant products normally or obtain the best service experience through our products, and this may also affect the protection of your information and account security to a certain extent.

V. How You Manage Your Personal Information

We attach great importance to your management of personal information and will use our best efforts to protect your rights to view, modify, log out, cancel accounts, and complain in relation to your personal information, so that you have sufficient ability to safeguard your privacy and security. Your rights include:

(I) Access

You have the right to access your personal information at any time, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. If you wish to exercise your right of data access, you may view your personal information through the "Me" personal center after logging into your account.

(II) Modification

When you discover an error in your personal information, you may modify it by yourself. Personal information may be modified through [Me] - click the avatar or settings button.

(III) Logout

When you wish to log out of your account, you may do so through [Me] - [Settings].

(IV) Account Cancellation

Please choose account cancellation carefully and read the relevant terms in the User Agreement carefully. You may cancel your account through the account cancellation terms in the User Agreement. You may cancel your account through the "Settings - Personal Settings Button in the Upper Right Corner - Personal Settings - Account Cancellation" page. You acknowledge and understand that account cancellation is irreversible. After you cancel your account, you will be unable to log in with that account or use our products, and all content and benefits generated under that account within Canliang, any generated but unconsumed benefits, and future expected benefits will be cleared. All information under that account will be deleted or anonymized, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. For example, in accordance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, your network operation logs will be retained for at least six months.

(V) Change or Withdrawal of Authorized Information Processing

Certain business functions and services require your information to be completed. After you withdraw consent or authorization, we will be unable to continue providing the functions and services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, and we will no longer process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect personal information processing previously carried out by the company based on your authorization.

You may jump to the device system through APP [Settings] - [Upper Right Settings] - [System Permission Management] to view the status of granted permissions one by one, and may decide whether to enable or disable these permissions at any time.

You may withdraw consent through [Settings] - [Upper Right Settings] - [Withdraw Privacy Policy Authorization].

You may choose to withdraw consent to the collection of personal information by withdrawing the Privacy Policy, or withdraw all authorizations for our collection of your personal information by canceling your account.

(VI) Complaints and Reports

You may file a complaint or report in accordance with the system we have published. If you believe that your rights in personal information may have been infringed, or if you discover clues regarding infringement of personal rights, you may contact us through the "Me" feedback page. You may need to provide materials proving your identity in accordance with our requirements. After verification, we will respond to your complaint or report within 15 days.

If you are unable to manage your personal information through the above channels, you may contact Canliang customer service at any time, and we will respond to your access request within 15 days.

VI. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorized Consent

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, in the following circumstances we may collect, use, share, transfer, and publicly disclose certain necessary personal information without obtaining your consent:

Where it is related to national security or national defense security;

Where it is related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

Where it is related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;

Where it is for the purpose of protecting the life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests of you or another individual and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent;

Where the personal information has been disclosed to the public by you;

Where personal information is collected from lawfully publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports and government information disclosure channels;

VII. Protection of Minors' Personal Information

In accordance with Article 31 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Article 74 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, Article 9 of the Provisions on the Cyber Protection of Children's Personal Information, and other laws and regulations:

Any minor under the age of 18 who participates in online activities shall obtain the express consent of his or her parents or other legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "guardians") in advance.

Our products and services are primarily intended for adults. In accordance with Article 75 of the Law on the Protection of Minors, minors under the age of 18 should not create personal information subject accounts or use our services without the express consent of their guardians.

VIII. How We Update This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is an important component of the User Service Agreement. In order to provide you with better services and as Canliang's business develops, this Privacy Policy will also be updated accordingly. Without your express consent, Canliang will not restrict the rights you are entitled to under this Privacy Policy. If this Policy changes, after the update we will remind you of the update through prominent prompts, push notifications, messages, or pop-up windows, and we also invite you to visit the Canliang Platform to stay informed of the latest privacy protection policy.

For material changes, we will also provide a more prominent notice explaining the specific changes to this Policy. Material changes to this Policy include:

(1) Material changes to our service model, such as the purpose of processing personal information, the types of personal information processed, and the method of using personal information;

(2) Material changes to our ownership structure or organizational structure, such as changes in ownership caused by business adjustment, bankruptcy, merger, or acquisition;

(3) Material changes to your rights in participating in personal information processing and the manner in which such rights are exercised;

(4) Changes to the department responsible for personal information security, contact information, or complaint channels;

(5) Where a personal information security impact assessment report indicates the existence of high risk.

If you do not agree to the updated content of this Privacy Policy, you may still continue to use the functions and services that existed before this update; however, you will be unable to use functions newly added or changed after this update. Only when you expressly choose to use newly added or changed functions will you be deemed to have accepted the corresponding Privacy Policy terms. If you do not accept the Privacy Policy on which existing functions depend, you may stop using that function without affecting your normal use of other functions.

Warning: This software is an auxiliary calculation and charting tool for Yi Studies developed on the basis of ancient Chinese traditional cultural works on Yi Studies and in combination with modern astronomical calendar algorithms. It converts a person's time of birth into the traditional sexagenary calendar format and matches it with rule-based textual content from ancient works. Welcome to Canliang Bazi!

Canliang Bazi (including applications on iOS and Android systems whose software name contains “Canliang Bazi,” hereinafter referred to as the “Application” or “Canliang Bazi”) is operated with full ownership, intellectual property rights, and other rights and interests. This Agreement is entered into between you and Yanyan Risheng (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd. in connection with the downloading, installation, and use of the Canliang Bazi software, and sets forth the rights and obligations between you and Canliang Bazi. Before registration and use, please carefully read the User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) and its terms, and fully understand the content of each term.

Once you confirm this User Service Agreement, this Agreement shall become legally effective between you and Canliang Bazi, meaning that you (the “User”) fully agree to and accept all terms of the Agreement. If you object to any term of this Agreement, you may choose not to enter Canliang Bazi. Please read this Agreement carefully and choose whether to accept it (minors should read it accompanied by their legal guardians).

I. User Instructions

1. During the process of applying for services of this Application, the User is required to provide certain necessary and truthful personal information, including but not limited to name, gender, and date of birth. After the User completes all registration steps in accordance with the prompts on the page, the User becomes a user of Canliang Bazi and shall properly safeguard the account and use it accurately and securely. (If the User is a minor, the team will deem the registration of the account and the purchase and use of services within the Application to have been consented to by the guardian or legal representative.)

2. The User fully understands and agrees that the User shall be responsible for all acts conducted under the User’s registered account, including any content imported, uploaded, or transmitted by the User and any consequences arising therefrom. The User shall independently evaluate the content in Canliang Bazi and bear all risks arising from the use of such content. Canliang Bazi shall not be liable for losses caused by the User’s acts.

3. When you use all testing items provided by this Application, the calculations are automatically performed only by computer programs. The Application does not guarantee that the calculation results are 100% accurate, assumes no responsibility for any decision or conduct made by the User solely based on calculation results, and reserves the right of final interpretation of this software. The content provided by the software program is for entertainment reference only.

4. For the purpose of avoiding loss of User terminal data and better serving Users, Canliang Bazi will provide data backup services for paid orders. Upon authorization by the registered User, Canliang Bazi will upload the data stored in the Canliang Bazi database on the registered User’s terminal to the Canliang Bazi server, and provide services for restoring paid-order data to the terminal device.

5. The User shall not use Canliang Bazi to produce, copy, or disseminate the following content:

Including but not limited to content that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution; endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity; damages national honor and interests; incites ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination or undermines ethnic unity; undermines national religious policies or promotes cults and feudal superstition; spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability; disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or instigation of crime; insults or defames others or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others; other political topics that may cause or have caused adverse impact; or other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.

6. The User shall not use Canliang Bazi as a basis for engaging in illegal or non-compliant activities, including but not limited to predicting stock markets, analyzing securities investments, providing financial investment advice, or disseminating securities trading information.

7. Canliang Bazi has fulfilled its obligation to remind, explain, and warn Users through the foregoing terms. The User shall personally bear all legal consequences arising from any activities conducted through Canliang Bazi that violate the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.

8. Canliang Bazi reserves the right, as required by business development, to unilaterally change, suspend, restrict, terminate, or cancel all or part of the services provided by its servers at any time without prior notice.

II. Intellectual Property and Related Rights and Interests

1. All related rights and interests in this Application belong to this team. Such rights and interests include but are not limited to ownership, patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, other intellectual property rights, and other lawful rights and interests, and are protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, other laws and regulations, and relevant international treaties. You may install and use this Application in accordance with the authorization under this Agreement. However, without the team's explicit written special authorization, no person may, for any purpose, use, provide, disclose, copy, sell, transfer, license, market, publish, lecture on, assign, dispose of, or exploit any content or service provided on this Application to any natural person or entity, or mirror it on a server not owned by this team; otherwise, this team will pursue economic compensation and other infringement liabilities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

2. The team reserves the right to pursue legal liability against any person who fails to comply with this statement or otherwise uses the content of this Application unlawfully or maliciously.

III. Personal Privacy

Canliang Bazi regards the protection of user privacy as its most important and fundamental obligation. Canliang Bazi undertakes to comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, strictly follow the principles of protecting user privacy, and provide Users with safe and reliable services. Canliang Bazi undertakes not to publicly disclose or provide user information to unrelated third parties, except under the following circumstances:

1. The User's express authorization has been obtained in advance;

2. It is required by relevant national laws and regulations or by relevant competent government authorities;

3. It is necessary to safeguard the interests of the public.

Your use or continued use of our services means that you agree that we may collect, use, store, and share your relevant information in accordance with the Canliang Bazi Privacy Protection Regulations. For specific terms, please refer to the Canliang Bazi Privacy Protection Regulations.

IV. Legal Liability and Disclaimer

1. Canliang Bazi shall not be liable for normal service interruptions or suspensions caused by platform shutdown maintenance, regular inspections, software and hardware updates, emergencies, force majeure, computer viruses, system failures, or similar factors. We will make every effort to avoid service interruptions and limit the interruption time to the shortest possible period.

2. Canliang Bazi shall not be liable for any losses suffered by the User due to failures of communication lines, technical problems, network or computer failures, system instability caused by third parties such as telecommunications departments, or other force majeure events.

3. Any claims asserted by any third party against Canliang Bazi arising from or caused by the User’s violation of this Agreement or relevant service terms shall be borne by the User.

4. Users are requested to properly keep their personal materials, provide adequate protection and backup for personal information, and take appropriate preventive measures to reduce the risks of computer viruses or other malicious destructive acts.

5. Because your privacy rights are highly important to this Application, the Canliang Bazi Platform will not provide your personal information to unrelated third parties without cause unless such information is legally requested by competent authorities or otherwise agreed. However, the Platform shall not be liable for consequences arising from information leakage caused by malicious infringement by third parties.

6. The forms of legal liability borne by the User include, but are not limited to, compensating the injured party for losses, issuing an apology, eliminating the adverse impact, and returning property. If the User’s acts cause losses to Canliang Bazi, the User shall assume full liability for compensation, including direct losses such as administrative penalties or damages, as well as indirect losses such as loss of goodwill, settlement payments, attorney’s fees, and litigation costs.

7. If the User violates this Agreement, Canliang Bazi has the right to make an independent judgment and immediately suspend or terminate the provision of platform services to the User, including but not limited to account bans and account cancellation. The User shall bear any losses and corresponding legal liability, and Canliang Bazi shall not assume any legal liability except for statutory obligations. For any suspected violations of laws and regulations by the User, we are obligated to keep relevant records, report to the competent state authorities, and cooperate with investigations.

V. Modification of the Agreement

According to the development of the Internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, or as required by business development, Canliang Bazi has the right to amend or modify the terms of this Agreement. Once the content of this Agreement changes, you may review the latest terms of the Agreement on the official website and App of Canliang Bazi. Such publication shall be deemed to constitute notice by Canliang Bazi to Users of the modifications, without separate individual notice. After we modify the terms of the Agreement, if you do not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by Canliang Bazi. Your continued use of the services will be deemed acceptance of the modified Agreement.

VI. How to Contact Us

If you have any questions, complaints, or suggestions regarding the content of this Policy or issues related to this Policy encountered during use of our products, you may contact us by sending an email to yanyanrisheng@ novoid.cn. We will review the issues involved as soon as possible and reply within 15 days after verifying your user identity.

1. Canliang Bazi solemnly reminds Users to pay attention to terms in this Agreement that may exempt Canliang Bazi from liability or increase User obligations. Users are requested to read them carefully and independently consider the risks. If you use this software, you will be deemed to have no objection to the relevant terms and to agree to all contents of this Agreement.

2. The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplementation, termination, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Where the law contains no relevant provisions, commercial practices or industry practices shall apply by reference.

3. Any dispute or controversy arising from this Agreement or the use of Canliang Bazi shall be resolved by the parties through friendly consultation as far as possible. If consultation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the People’s Court of Shuangliu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

4. If any term of this Agreement is deemed revoked, invalid, or unenforceable, such term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms of this Agreement.
